How we co-created an app that combats loneliness. CRW empowers users to create relationships with groups (CRWs), making it easier than ever to connect with others.
Social & Dating mode
Easily switch between Social and Dating mode by holding down the logo button in the center of the navigation bar—whether you're looking to make new friends or plan a romantic evening, the choice is yours. Once in your chosen mode, you can join Social or Dating CRWs with a simple swipe to connect with like-minded people. Every CRW has its own dedicated chat, making it easy for members to catch up, make plans, and stay connected. Become part of a community, join the conversation, and attend events that match your interests.
Real Connections, Real Events
The main focus of the app is creating meaningful relationships—but there’s much more to it. We set out to design an experience that would make communication and connection within groups (CRWs) simple and intuitive. This required a UX/UI process rooted in thorough research and a deep understanding of user behavior to ensure the app makes building friendships and romantic connections feel natural and effortless.
After developing well-thought-out wireframes, we defined our design direction by introducing two main colors—light green for Social mode and bright pink for Dating mode. The goal was to craft a visual identity that is not only clear and intuitive but also modern, vibrant, and engaging.

Meet, Match & Mingle
Dating mode has one speciality - it allows CRWs to connect with other CRWs, making it easy to get together and create meaningful romantic relationships through the power of group dating.
To deepen these connections, the app also enables users to create private events for their CRW members—encouraging real-world interactions, shared experiences, and stronger bonds built around mutual interests.
Tech Stack: Flutterflow & Supabase
To support the client’s global vision from day one, we needed a backend that was both flexible and scalable. Supabase was the clear choice—it enabled rapid development while ensuring top-tier scalability and security. Living up to its slogan, “Build in a weekend. Scale to millions,” Supabase proved to be a powerful foundation for growth.
On the frontend, we chose FlutterFlow to match our pixel-perfect development standards. It gave us the creative freedom we needed without slowing down the build process. The seamless integration with Supabase made it the perfect pairing for a fast, scalable, and beautifully designed application.
