FlutterFlow App Design of the Year award, which we were honored with back in September, finally arrived at our office.
It’s a meaningful milestone for us — not because awards define who we are, but because they reflect what we consistently strive for. At Calda, this wasn’t a lucky win. It was the natural result of how we work, who we are, and what we believe in.
But before we go further — a huge thank you to the FlutterFlow team, the community, and most importantly, our clients. The ones who push boundaries, build bravely, and trust us to bring their ideas to life. This award belongs to you, too.

We’ve talked about the app itself — how it was built, what made it special, and how it stood out. But today, we want to pull back the curtain on how we work behind the scenes, and what made that kind of execution possible in just a matter of weeks.

When Calda was just two people — our founders Anže and Nikola — they didn’t just focus on skills and deliverables. They built the company around a set of principles that still shape every decision we make:

At the end of the day, we're not in the business of building apps just to ship and forget. We’re here to create products people love using, and help founders get to launch fast — without sacrificing quality, thought, or ambition.
