Superplan gives advisors a single platform to manage every step of the advisory process. AI extracts and organizes client data, providing clear visibility into assets, liabilities, and fund structures. Advisors can then build strategies through an intuitive Notion-like editor with real-time analytics that compare investment costs, project cash flow, and visualize pension allocations. The outcome is a data-driven, interactive workspace that replaces spreadsheets and static reports.

The Fact Find and Report Generation modules are fully AI-powered, while the Strategy section focuses on flexibility and control. The interface resembles a modern document editor, allowing advisors to edit content directly and visualize outcomes instantly. Interactive tables, editable summaries, and comparison charts make Superplan both powerful and intuitive for daily use.

How We Built It

Superplan was developed in FlutterFlow for rapid delivery with a clean, professional UI. Supabase handles data, authentication, and secure storage for sensitive financial records.


For long-running background tasks such as document parsing and report generation, we used Trigger.dev, while AWS Lambda and Textract process documents into structured text for analysis by aself-hosted LLM.


Through prompt optimization and a shift from image- to text-based extraction, we achieved higher accuracy, better performance, and lower costs.

Superplan brings automation, structure, and intelligence to financial advising. By turning manual data collection and reporting into an AI-assisted workflow, it helps advisors work faster, reduce human error, and deliver clear, data-driven recommendations while keeping client information secure.
