Attending Calda Academy is 100 % free of charge. All necessary materials for attending the course are included. There’s no small print or unpleasant surprises to be scared of.
Calda Academy is designed as an in-person experience. While online attendance isn’t available, we’ve found that being on-site allows for the most meaningful learning, collaboration, and connection.
Calda Academy runs over 2 weeks and combines in-person afternoon classes and hands-on work in our office, as well as take-home assignments to deepen your learning.
We intentionally keep our groups small - just 8-12 participants. It’s how we create a focused, high-impact experience where everyone gets real attention and leaves with meaningful progress.
At the end of the Academy, you’ll receive a printed and digital certificate - along with thoughtful, personalized feedback to help you understand how far you’ve come and where you can go next.

No prior experience is required. Just bring curiosity, commitment, and a willingness to learn.
To join the Academy, you’ll start with a short conversation so we can get to know you, followed by an entrance exam. Based on both, selected candidates will be invited to join the program.
Yes, students can apply to Calda Academy as long as they meet the course application criteria.
In general, you can apply to Calda Academy if you’ve recently graduated or are in the early stages of your career, as long as you meet the application criteria.
You don’t have to be a student to apply to Calda Academy - if you meet the criteria, it can be a great first step into your career and a way to build real, practical experience.

Yes, the applications are open until 12th of April..
Yes, you’ll need your own laptop and any tools you prefer to work with. We provide monitors in the office for a more comfortable setup. If you don’t have a laptop, just let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to prepare one for you.
